Adam Yarber

Director of Training and Development

Originally from East Tennessee, Adam Yarber attended Tennessee Wesleyan University and Middle Tennessee State University before beginning his career in housing. After spending over 10 years living and working in Texas, he recently relocated to Las Vegas and brings more than 15 years of experience in the housing industry, primarily within student housing.

Adam’s background is rooted in employee development, training, process organization, and operations. He began his career on-site as a Leasing Agent and went on to serve in every on-site role before transitioning to corporate leadership. For the past decade, Adam has served in Director-level roles, where he has focused on building impactful training programs, strengthening operational processes, and supporting teams at every level of the organization.

Adam is passionate about serving employees and helping them grow in their careers while ensuring Ovation continues to be the best option for housing. He brings a highly collaborative, people-first leadership style and strongly believes that “We are smarter than me”—that success is achieved when teams work together toward a shared goal.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his husband, Isaac, and their chihuahua, Memphis. He is a huge Disney fan (with Mickey Mouse being his favorite character) and has an impressively large LEGO collection that he’s been building for over 30 years. Adam is also certified in LEGO® Serious Play® and as a True Colors Facilitator, blending creativity and personality science into his approach to learning and development.

Alane Jackson

Director of Human Resources

Alane Jackson is the Director of Human Resources at Ovation, where she leads strategic initiatives in employee relations, talent development, and organizational growth. Known for her empathetic leadership style and data-informed strategies, Alane plays a critical role in fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture that supports both corporate and community-level operations.

Prior to joining Ovation, Alane held impactful HR leadership roles at Amazon, Fanatics, and Lowe’s. Across multi-unit retail environments and large-scale fulfillment centers, she drove results by reducing attrition, improving ADA accommodation processes, and launching high-impact employee engagement programs. Her ability to scale HR infrastructure during periods of rapid growth has positioned her as a trusted leader in dynamic, fast-paced settings.

Alane holds dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Project Management. She is deeply passionate about mentoring future leaders, advancing workplace mental health initiatives, and aligning human capital strategies with long-term business goals.

Adam Winer

Director of IT

Adam Winer is the Director of IT at Ovation Co., where he leads the company’s technology strategy and ensures seamless IT support across both the corporate office and apartment communities. With a focus on leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences and streamline internal processes, Adam plays a key role in driving operational efficiency and digital innovation throughout the organization.

Prior to joining Ovation, Adam held senior IT leadership positions in the financial services, gaming, and hospitality industries. In these roles, he successfully managed large-scale projects, developed scalable systems, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful technology solutions.

Adam holds over 25 years of experience in IT leadership. Outside of work, he is passionate about mentoring aspiring IT professionals and dedicates time to volunteering in his community.
