Alan Molasky

Founder and Chairman

Alan Molasky is the Founder and Chairman of Ovation Development Corporation, one of Nevada’s largest and most respected developers of both market-rate and affordable multifamily housing. Established over 40 years ago in Las Vegas, Ovation’s portfolio now includes more than 13,000 apartment units across 36 communities—valued at over $1 billion—and continues to expand its leadership in affordable housing for seniors.

Under Alan’s direction, Ovation has developed 15 income- and rent-restricted communities, totaling more than 2,274 senior units, with six additional projects comprising 1,650 units slated for completion by 2028. His longstanding commitment to affordable housing stems from a belief that everyone—regardless of income—deserves access to a high-quality home. Ovation’s affordable communities are built and managed to the same high standards as its market-rate properties, featuring recreational amenities and wraparound resident services.

Beyond Ovation, Alan is a principal with The Molasky Group of Companies, founded by his father, Irwin Molasky—whose legacy helped shape the very foundation of Las Vegas. The Molasky Group’s landmark developments include Sunrise Hospital, Boulevard Mall, and Paradise Palms, the city’s first master-planned community. Alan began his own development journey as founder of Pacific Properties, which delivered nearly 3,300 apartment homes across 13 communities in the 1980s and 1990s.

While deeply rooted in a legacy of transformative development, Alan Molasky has forged his own reputation as a principled and forward-thinking leader, particularly in the affordable housing space. He is widely regarded as one of Nevada’s most trusted multifamily developers, known for his humility, integrity, and long-standing commitment to “doing the right thing.”

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Alan remains deeply committed to his community. Through the family-led Molasky Family Foundation, he and his company have quietly donated over $10 million in the past decade to support local nonprofits focused on homelessness, food insecurity, health, education, the environment, and community wellness—rarely seeking recognition for their generosity.

Reinier Santana

Chief Executive Officer

Reinier Santana is the Chief Executive Officer of Ovation Group of Companies, where he oversees the firm’s vision, strategy, and operations across its fully integrated platform, including development, construction, property management, and investment. Under his leadership, Ovation has grown from a boutique firm with 2,000 units and 100 employees into the largest multifamily owner and operator in Las Vegas, now managing a portfolio of over 10,000 units and a team of more than 330.

Reinier began his career at Ovation in 2005 as a Financial Analyst and quickly advanced to Chief Financial Officer and then President in 2012. He was appointed CEO in 2024. Throughout his tenure, he has led the execution of acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects exceeding $1 billion in real estate value. His leadership is marked by strong governance, disciplined investment strategies, and innovative capital structuring that continue to shape Ovation’s market leadership.

Reinier earned a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Finance with a minor in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, graduating summa cum laude. A proud Las Vegas resident since the age of 17, he is an active member of the Las Vegas YPO chapter and a multi-year participant in the Harvard Business School Real Estate Executive Programs.
