Heirloom by Ovation Opens Affordable Senior Housing Community in Northwest Las Vegas

Ovation and its affiliate, Heirloom by Ovation, hosted a ribbon-cutting and Welcome Home Ceremony for residents of Heirloom at Rome, its newest affordable senior housing community in the northwest Las Vegas valley. The $78 million community at 4850 W. Rome Blvd. brings 276 new units to market, including 38 tiny homes, and was funded in part through Clark County Community Housing Funds and the Nevada Housing Division’s Home Means Nevada Initiative. More than 182 units were already occupied at the time of the ceremony, a clear reflection of the urgent demand for quality affordable senior housing in Las Vegas.
Heirloom at Rome earned LEED Gold certification and offers resort-style amenities alongside wraparound services through nonprofit partner Coordinated Living of Southern Nevada, including transportation assistance, health and wellness programs, and food assistance.
