A Milestone Moment for Ovation
On Tuesday, June 24, 2025, Ovation proudly welcomed community leaders, partners, and residents to celebrate the grand opening of Heirloom at Pebble—a major milestone as our 16th affordable senior housing community in Southern Nevada and the first to debut under our new Heirloom by Ovation brand. As a leading developer in Southern Nevada, Ovation brings the same high standards to its affordable housing as it does to its market-rate communities.
A Community Designed with Purpose
Located in the southern Las Vegas Valley, Heirloom at Pebble is more than a new address—it’s a thoughtfully crafted community rooted in dignity and belonging. This 195-unit property was developed to provide supportive, high-quality homes for adults aged 55 and better.
The four-story building offers a welcoming environment where comfort and connection come together. Residents enjoy amenities such as a fitness and movement room, on-site hair salon, community gathering spaces, and multipurpose rooms designed to encourage wellness, engagement, and meaningful social interaction.
Celebrating a Collective Achievement
The grand opening was a powerful reminder of what can be accomplished through collaboration and shared vision. We were honored to be joined by Clark County Commissioner Michael Naft, Nevada State Treasurer Zach Conine, Kim Prill from the Bureau of Land Management, and many of our valued public and private partners.
Their support and leadership were instrumental in bringing this project to life. We extend our deepest gratitude to Clark County, the Nevada Housing Division, the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, and the Bureau of Land Management, who generously contributed the land and funding that made Heirloom at Pebble possible.
We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our partners at Coordinating Living of Southern Nevada for their ongoing partnership and mission-driven work. Their commitment to expanding access to dignified, and affordable housing—and providing supportive services that enhance quality of life for low-income individuals—continues to make a lasting impact across our community.
