A new legislative proposal from Nevada Republican Governor Joe Lombardo aims to address the state’s housing crisis by providing assistance to working families and offering incentives for homebuilders.
Lombardo addressed the media about Assembly Bill 540, also known as the Nevada Housing Access and Attainability Act, outside Heirloom at Pebble, a new senior living facility expected to open in four weeks in the southeast valley by Torino and Eastern
He said the bill seeks to allocate $250 million from state resources to support the development of more than $1 billion of affordable workforce and attainable housing options.
