Nevada faces a significant housing shortage, especially for working families and low-income seniors. This $78 million project will bring 276 new affordable housing units to the northwest valley, including tiny homes and apartments designed for seniors making less than 49% and 59% of Area Median Income.

• 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻: Built to achieve LEED Gold certification with energy-efficient appliances, low-E windows, and water-conserving fixtures.

• 𝗪𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲s: In partnership with Coordinated Living of Southern Nevada, offering transportation assistance, health programs, and social events.

“At Ovation, we believe quality housing strengthens individuals, families, and communities. That’s why we’ve devoted a significant portion of our development portfolio to high-quality, affordable housing,” said Alan Molasky, Chairman and founder of Ovation.

Construction is expected to be complete by year-end 2025, with resident move-ins anticipated in 2026. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to make Nevada a place where everyone can live and thrive.
